Terms and Conditions

Warranties

Creative Engine Covers, Inc. warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at time of shipment to you. We will provide a 30 day conditional warranty with replacement of any defective part. Creative Engine Covers, Inc. will not honor warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling, neglect or installation damage to our product or your vehicle. Rust prevention is the responsibility of the end user and will not be covered under warranty beyond 30 days.

Returns

There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned products unless there was a shipping error from CEC. We have a "no return policy on any electricl part". Electrical parts are warrananted by the manufacturer only. Any and all damages to the chrome due to customer use or neglect will result in a fee equal to the cost of rechroming the returned part. CEC will be the sole judge of any chrome damage. Should you need to return a product for exchange, please contact us prior to shipping for a return authorization number. Customer is responsible for freight on all returned orders. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment.

Damage

Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise, especially if the shipping box is damaged. Should any damage occur, immediately notify UPS so that the necessary steps can be taken to insure prompt replacement of any damaged part. Please notify Creative Engine Covers, Inc. of any damaged products within three (3) days of receipt of delivery.

Sales Tax

All orders outside of Virginia and Pennsylvania are exempt from sales tax. Virginia residents are required to add 5% to their order and Pennsylvania residents are required to add 6%.
