1. Remove air duct and four bolts holding support and remove support.
2. Install painted support in reverse procedure.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Clean the area that the moldings will be applied to with denatured alcohol.
2. Apply template to fender using tape at the four marked locations on the template.
3. Line up the template with the door edge of the fender, the top of the cove as it begins to roll inward and at the bottom of the cove opening as indicated on the template.
4. Make certain the template is aligned and the molding openings are straight and to your satisfaction before you install the moldings. They can not be easily removed once installed.
5. Peel the backing from the molding and apply it to each opening in the template. Apply pressure with the heel of your hand to the molding to insure good adhesion to the fender.
6. Reverse the template for the passenger side and follow steps 1 thru 5 above.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Insert the state license into bracket .
2. Install the bracket assembly on the car by sliding the top of bracket assembly into the factory slots on the top of the license recessed area on the car.  Push the bottom of the bracket toward the car until the bottom holes align. Install the two original screws into these holes.

This is the factory original equipment wiper cowl panel that is painted in your choice of factory original colors. Tri stage paint is slightly higher in price. This is painted to a smooth finish to match your body's smooth finish. You can see the painted panel with your hood open or closed. It really gives your car a finished look. Our Chrome Windshield Wiper Arms, Item # 50170, combined with the Painted Cowl Panel will make you a show winning car. Our Chrome Cowl Insert, Item # 50137 also makes a great combination. Installation time is about 30 minutes. Fits 1997-2004.

1. Remove both windshield wiper arms by removeing the nut cap, removing the nut and pulling the wiper arm straight up and off of the car.
2. Remove the rubber weather strip gasket from the front of your cowl panel by grasping one end with your fingers and pulling straight up, as the gasket comes loose from the cowl continue lifting it to the other side of the car until it is completely off.
3. Remove the five push pins from the cowl by prying the center pin up and grasping the large section of the push pin with a pair of plyers and pulling it out of the cowl.
4. Remove the torx head screw at each end of the cowl.
5. Remove the cowl by lifting the front of it up until it clears the wiper arm studs and pull it away from the windshield.
6. Reinstall in the reverse order of above directions.
