INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove bolts from hinge and scribe the inner hole onto frame, one bolt at a time, replacing the bolt after scribing the mark.
2. After scribing all holes, remove all bolts and hinge.
3. Replace with chrome hinge, aligning holes to scribe marks.
4. Reinstall bolts.

This kit consists of eight chrome replacement hex head bolts, four small chrome replacement washers and four large chrome replacement washers. The Chrome Trunk Hinges, Item # 50121 are not complete without these chrome bolts and washers. These also add a nice touch to the black factory hinges. Instalation time is about 30 minutes. Fits 1997-2004

2. Replace with chrome striker and chrome replacement bolts and washers.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove your existing trunk struts by inserting a flat bladed screw driver under the spring clip in the end of the strut where it attaches to the trunk lid. Gently pry the clip away from the strut while pulling the strut away from trunk lid. When the spring clip is far enough out the strut will come loose from the trunk lid. (DO NOT REMOVE THE SPRING CLIP ENTIRELY FROM THE STRUT).
2. Repeat the above procedure for the trunk strut where it attaches to the frame.
3. Grasp the large barrel end of the strut with a pair of pliers and while gently holding it tightly, grasp the plastic connector end with another pair of pliers and unscrew the end counter clockwise and remove it.
4. Slide the Chrome Strut Cover over the strut until the ends align, you will notice that the Strut Cover fits loosely. When you see how it should fit, remove the Strut Cover and wrap one or two layers of masking tape around each end of the strut barrel until the Strut Cover slides on and fits tightly.The Strut Cover should be in its final position at this point.
5.Replace the plastic connector end by screwing in on in a clock wise direction until tight.
6. Replace the strut on the car by simply pressing the strut ends over the ball connectors. There is no need to pry the spring clips to install.
7.Install the second Chrome Strut Cover by following the above procedure.

These strut covers are machined from billit aluminum, highly polished and then "show quality" triple chrome plated. These are thick walled aluminum with machined rounded ends for a professional look. These are not the thin stainless tubes sold elseware. These are the real deal. These will really dress up your rear hatch and can be seen even with the hatch closed. Installation time is about 40 minutes. Fits 1997-2004

1. Remove your existing rear hatch struts by inserting a flat bladed screw driver under the spring clip in the end of the strut where it connects to the hatch. Gently pry the spring clip away from the plastic end while pulling the strut away from the hatch. When the spring clip is far enough out the strut will come loose from the hatch.( DO NOT REMOVE THE SPRING CLIP ENTIRELY FROM THE STRUT)
2. Repeat above procedure where the strut attaches to the bottom hatch area.
3. Grasp the large barrel end of the strut with a pair of pliers and gently hold it tightly while grasping the plastic connector end with another pair of pliers and unscrew the plastic connector counter clockwise and remove it.
4. Slide the Chrome Strut Cover over the strut until the ends align. You will notice that the Strut Cover fits loosely at this point. When you see how it should fit, remove the Strut Cover and wrap one or two layers of masking tape around both ends of the barrel or until the Cover slides on and fits tightly. The Strut Cover will be in its final position at this point.
5. Replace the plastic connector end by screwing it on in a clockwise direction until tight
6. Replace the strut on the car by simply pressing the strut ends over the ball connectors. There is no need to pry the spring clips out to install.
7. Install the second Chrome Strut Cover by repeating the above instructions.

Lazer cut from 18 ga. steel, machine rolled to perfectly match the curvature of the factory rubber accordion air duct coupler. This looks great as a stand alone option or it will enhance any of our other chrome or painted products. This is is the only place that you will find a cover of this type. Installs in about 5 minutes. Fits 1997-2004.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Trial fit the Cover several times before removing the protective film from the tape.
2. Clean the top of the factory rubber accordion air duct coupler with denatured alcohol to remove any silicone products that may have been previously applied. The tape will not adhere to surfaces coated with these products unless cleaned.
3. Place the Air Duct Coupler Cover over the top of the factory rubber accordion coupler.
4. Slide the end of the Air Duct Coupler Cover as far back toward the throttle body as it will go.
5. Press down on the Air Duct Coupler Cover until it snaps over the rubber accordion coupler.
6. When you are satisfied with the way it fits, remove the protective film from the tape and reinstall the Air Duct Coupler Cover as before.
7. Press down on the Air Duct Coupler Cover in the area of the tape to make sure it adheres. Avoid movement of the Air Duct Coupler Cover for 24 hours to allow the adhesive to cure. Check Air Duct Coupler Cover after driving to make sure it is securely adhered.

For some thing that is really special and inexpensive try these little gems. These are lazer cut from 18 ga.steel and "show quality" triple chrome plated to accent your hood when open. These go great with our Hood Liner Retainers, Item # 50111 or just alone. Installs in about 5 minutes. Fits 1997-2004.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Position the Hood Accent on the end of the hood mounting pad that the hood hinges bolt to. On the end of the hood mounting pad is a shape that corresponds to the shape of the Hood Accent. There is a driver side and a passenger side Hood Accent.
2. Hold the correct Hood Accent over the hood mounting pad until you are sure of the way it should fit.
3. When you are sure of the way it should fit, clean the area of the hood mounting pad with denatured alcohol, peel the protective film from the double sided tape and position the Hood Accent on the hood as you did in step 2. Apply pressure to the Hood Accent with your hand to assure that the tape adheres to the hood.
4. Follow the above procedure for the second Hood Accent.

These are brand new alternators with "show quality" triple chrome plated cases and pulleys direct from the factory. These are not rebuilt or disasembled units. All units come with a one year factory warranty. This is for those that want the real deal instead of a cover. This Chrome Alternator has a show winning look by itself or when combined with our Chrome Alternator Bracket, Item # 50132 and our Chrome Alternator Bolt Kit, Item # 50132B. Installation time depends on which combined items you install. Fits 1997-2003 See the C6 section for 2004-2008 models.

This kit consists of six factory original screws that have been triple chrome plated for an added touch when you have your doors open.Installation time is about 10 minutes. Fits 1997-2004.

1. Remove an existing torx head screw and replace it with a chrome torx head screw. Only remove and replace one at a time to prevent your door latch from moving out of alignment.
2. When you finish replacing the three torx head screws on one door repeat the same procedure on the second door.

1. Install with door open.
2. Insert door support into door striker with the slot in end facing up, lower support down until second slot rest on striker and the door support is level.
3. Pull door handle to open door latch, slip bolt on end of support into door latch and release door handle. Remove by reverse procedure.

This kit consists of the four factory Alternator Bracket Bolts that can readily be seen after installation of the Chrome Alternator Bracket. The heads of these bolts have been sanded smooth before they were triple chrome plated. This kit is necessary to finish the look of the Chrome Alternator Bracket or the Chrome Alternator. They look good with the factory bracket and alternator as well. Installation time depends on which other Alternator components are installed along with the bolts. Fits 1997-2004
