Installation

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove bolts from hinge and scribe the inner hole onto frame, one
bolt at a time, replacing the bolt after scribing the mark.
2. After scribing all holes, remove all bolts and hinge.
3. Replace with chrome hinge, aligning holes to scribe marks.
4. Reinstall bolts. |

50117 - 6 PIECE FRONT BUMPER CHROME BOLT KIT

This kit consists of 6 each 5/16"X1" chrome hex head bolts, 6 each 5/16" chrome hardened washers, 6 each 5/16" zink plated flat washers and 6 each 5/16 zink plated lock nuts. You can use this bolt kit by itself or with our Chrome Front Bumper Insert, item # 50135. Installation time is about 15 minutes. Fits 1997-2004
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the six push pins in front bumper by inserting flat blade screw
driver in slot and gently pry up middle button, then grasp the button
with pliers and pull push pin out of hole. Replace with chrome bolts. |

This kit consists of 5 each 5/16'X1" chrome hex
head bolts, 5 each 5/16" chrome flat washers, 5 each 5/16" zink
plated flat washers and 5 each 5/16 zink plated lock nuts. This
bolt kit can be used alone for that suttle look or with our
Chrome Cowl Insert, item # 50137. Installation time is about
20 minutes. Fits 1997-2004

screw driver in slot and gently pry up middle button, then grasp the
